Your responsibilities
  • Opening of Pharmacies as a new sales channel: Identify, develop, and manage the opening of new sales points in pharmacies.
  • Own the Pharmacies channel: act as the catalyst inside the company that makes things happen. Coordinate the marketing and creative teams and develop the needed tools to succeed in this channel. 
  • Key Account Management and Growth: build long-term business relationships with pharmacies as a strategic channels. Maximize the potential of each one of the through personalized sell-out strategies.
  • Proactive Market Development: Act independently and proactively to identify business opportunities and expansion in the pharmaceutical sector. Manage negotiations and agreements with pharmacies efficiently to ensure a strong presence for COCUNAT.
  • Implementation of Commercial Strategies: Create and execute action plans for the growth of COCUNAT within the pharmaceutical sector. Ensure the proper execution of promotional campaigns, visibility at points of sale, 360 degree marketing plans and exclusive promotions for pharmacies.
  • Training and Support for Sales Teams: Train and support pharmacy and sales teams in the knowledge of the COCUNAT product portfolio, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell the brand effectively.
  • Monitoring Results and Reporting: Continuously track the performance of the pharmacies, and prepare detailed reports on sales, market penetration, and growth opportunities.
Your profile

    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the pharmaceutical sector developing cosmetic brands (solid network in the sector is a plus).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building.
    • Result oriented, self-motivated, and hands on attitude.
    • Strong analytical skill with ability to interpret data to actionable solutions.
    • Excellent negotiations skills.
    • Previous experience on start-up environment is a plus.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English.
    • Availability to travel 30%-40%.
    • Passion for Cosmetics sector.
