Your responsibilities

• Supervisar el desempeño diario del equipo.
• Organizar horarios y turnos para garantizar una cobertura eficiente.
• Gestión de casos escalados o de especial complejidad.
• Realizar seguimiento y actualización de las incidencias del momento y asegurarse que el equipo sigue las directrices, a través de reuniones semanales.
• Coordinar con otros departamentos para encontrar soluciones efectivas para los clientes.
• Capacitar a los  integrantes del equipo en nuevos procesos, herramientas o actualización de los actuales.
• Motivar al equipo para mantener altos niveles de productividad y satisfacción laboral.
• Seguimiento de la productividad del equipo.
• Evaluar interacciones con los clientes para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad establecidos.
• Analizar métricas específicas de atención al cliente como SLA de respuesta y CSAT en los diferentes canales.

• Una persona que pueda inspirar, motivar y guiar al equipo.Fomentar la colaboración y mantener un ambiente de trabajo positivo.
• Capacidad para tomar decisiones.
• Capacidad para priorizar tareas y manejar el tiempo de manera eficiente para cumplir los plazos.
• Flexible  ante cambios en procesos o situaciones imprevistas.
• Experiencia en manejo como administrador de herramientas de Ticketing , como Zendesk, o Gorgias.
• Experiencia valorable con plataformas de gestión de tareas como Nifty, Notion y similares.
• Experiencia mínima de un año en rol similar.
