Your responsibilities

• Develop BI solutions: Work closely with main stakeholders to understand their information needs and requirements and translate them into actionable reports/dashboards/insights to make strategic data-driven decisions. 
• Drive data culture: Foster a data-driven culture throughout the organization, empowering users and promoting the use of BI tools for everyday decision-making. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business innovation & Development, Finance, and Operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and solve business problems. 
• Lead analysis projects: Define and execute complex data analysis projects, from data extraction and cleansing to predictive modeling. 
• Optimize processes: Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency in report generation.
• Training & Onboarding process: During your onboarding you will work closely with our controlling team to have a solid understanding of the business and the current processes.

Your profile

• Minimum +3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency and Microsoft Excel,  in SQL and data visualization tools (mainly Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactivity and self-driven mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and Intermediate English level.
• Available to start from January 2025.
