Introduction

COCUNAT is looking for a new HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN

Your responsibilities

Keeping up-to-date our internal HR Software with employees
Supporting the recruitment processes with: preparing and publishing job offers, screening application forms and scheduling first interviews.
Supporting with the onboarding process.
Participate in organising company events

Your profile

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management or studying toward a Degree in Human Resource management or related field.
Availability for a 6 month full-time internship (40 hours per week)
People oriented and active listener.
Detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English
