• Collaborate with the CRM team to conceptualise campaign needs and objectives and translate them into strong visual and effective designs.
• Design and develop visual materials for campaigns, including mails, newsletters, landing pages, banners, among others.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across all pieces and touch points you work on.
• Participate in reviews and testing of visual pieces to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards. 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Graphic Design, Communication or related field.
• + 3 years of experience in the field of digital communication.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other similar tools.
• High organisational and management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams and levels of the organisation.
