• Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with the target
• audience.
• Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with influencers, including compensation, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to achieve goals, including product launches, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to integrate influencer activities into overall marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of influencer marketing efforts and optimize strategies for better results.

• 3+ years work experience as influencer marketing.
• Experience working on agency teams for large brands with complex marketing campaigns
• Work experience with bloggers in multiple topic verticals
• Work experience with influencers on Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, and Facebook
• Your own extensive network of potential influencer contacts
• Excellent written skills, especially in creative conceptualization at high speed
• Excellent organizational skills, including management of complex projects
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Highly energetic and enthusiastic
• Ability to mentor, nurture, and service clients and internal team members
